If a paid order is cancelled, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment is declined, check that the card details and billing address are correct, the card is active, sufficient funds or credit are available, and the payment provider has not blocked the transaction. You may try another accepted payment method or contact your bank or payment provider.

7. Taxes and Duties

Applicable taxes are shown at checkout when collected by ASTERIANELLE. Customs duties, import taxes, or local fees for international orders may be charged separately and are governed by the Shipping Policy and applicable law.

8. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method in accordance with the Return and Refund Policy. The bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional processing time before a refund appears.
