The Sitri Mini Dress is custom burnout velvet with voluminous sleeves finished in lace cuffs, lace trim at the neck, shoulders, and back, and a sweetheart neckline with black velvet tie detailing. Gathered at the bust, fitted through the body, flared at the skirt.
